The Connection Ministry exists to help individuals move from first contact to faithful discipleship by intentionally connecting them to Christ, the church, and their God-given purpose. This ministry serves as the primary pathway for welcoming new members and guiding them through new member orientation, assimilation, discipleship, and ongoing spiritual formation.
Through relational engagement, biblical instruction, and intentional follow-up, the Connection Ministry ensures that every person who joins the church understands the church’s mission, beliefs, and expectations, while also growing in their personal relationship with Jesus Christ. The ministry creates a seamless process that moves individuals from visitor to member, member to disciple, and disciple to servant-leader.
