Van Request Form
Ben Washington Baptist Church provides van transportation to support church-sponsored ministries, events, and approved activities. The Church Van Request process helps ensure safe, organized, and timely transportation for our members and ministry groups. All requests must be submitted in advance and are subject to availability, driver scheduling, and ministry approval. Our goal is to serve the needs of our church family while maintaining safety, accountability, and responsible stewardship of church resources.
